Most Chief Financial Officers saw American Express as just a credit card – and they wouldn’t answer their sales calls. As a direct result of this campaign, the tables turned and they started calling Amex. We signed up 35 of Australia’s top companies which is a potential $69 million p.a. in billings. 

So how did we do it? We understood the CFO’s focus had shifted, so we changed our marketing approach to match.
